The Roadmap: A Journey Led by Specialists

We’ve replaced the guesswork of remodeling with a transparent, phased process led by experts. From the first sketch to delivery and lifetime support, our well-oiled system ensures a seamless journey to your dream kitchen with zero surprises.

Design

Phase 1
Step 1: Initial Consultation + Free Estimate

Meet with Bre, our Studio Director, for a collaborative deep dive into your goals. Whether in-studio or via a virtual meeting, we’ll review your floor plans together and discuss inspiration and style. We’ll schedule to present a comprehensive estimate package within 7 days including 3D rendered designs, all free of charge.
Step 2: Deposit to Secure Your Project

A $499 design deposit (credited toward your balance payment) officially launches your journey, locking in your project pricing for 60 days and allowing our design team to begin the work of refining your design. A $300 site visit fee (non-refundable) applies for in-person measurements and consultation.
Step 3: On-Site Measurements + Sample Review
●
Crystal, our Design Director conducts an on-site visit to take precise field measurements. This is where we review physical door samples in your home’s unique lighting to ensure your materials look as good in reality as they do on screen.
Step 4: Layout Refinements + Design Revisions
●
Our Design Team, Monti, Lauren, Heather and Michelle, refine your layout until it’s perfect. All revisions are streamlined with virtual meetings scheduled to ensure every detail meets your standards until you’re delighted to approve the designs.

Build

Phase 2
Step 5: Balance Payment + Order Placement
●
Once you’ve approved the final design, we move into production. Your initial $499 design deposit is applied directly to your project total, and with final payment, your custom cabinet order is officially placed. This marks the start of your lead time and brings us one step closer to delivery.
Step 6: Pre-Build Audit + Installation Preparation
●
Before a single cabinet is built, Simon, our Master Designer performs a comprehensive "stress test" audit on your design for 100% accuracy. We prepare easy to follow instructions, including video, to guide your chosen contractor so they can quickly get up to speed.
Step 7: The Build

Built in America for faster turnaround, our domestic production ensures your project moves quickly without the wait of overseas imports. Deliver

Phase 3
Step 8: Delivery Coordination + Installation

From Logistics Specialist Raphael’s home delivery coordination to our Master Designer’s technical support during installation, we’re here to help you and your chosen contractors get a great result, on time.
Step 9: Project Completion + Ongoing Support

We conclude with a final detailed review, ensuring your project is completed to our highest standards of intentional living and your total satisfaction. Our commitment continues long after the dust settles. Our Warranty Specialist, manages any future claims or parts to ensure your kitchen’s longevity.
