Taja holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio School of Management. She began her career balancing business priorities with environmental issues while developing social and environmental supply chain initiatives at Hewlett Packard. At Mod Cabinetry, Taja is the head of marketing and business development.
Nina Boddeker
With degrees in Molecular Biology and Pharmacy from the University of Berlin, Germany, Nina has spent 20 years engaged in improving human health and the natural environment. In her prior life, Nina enjoyed a career as a Research Scientist. At Mod Cabinetry, Nina is the head of finance, operations, and human resources.
Monti Sowsawat
After earning her degree at Georgia Tech in Industrial Design, Monti began her career as a cabinet engineer and started designing kitchens in 2003. After over a decade of experience in the green building industry, Monti joined the team at Mod Cabinetry. She supports clients through their design process and leads them through the final steps to creating their dream kitchen.
Simon Allen
Simon Allan has over 25 years experience designing kitchens out of his Design Studio and Showroom for some of England‘s most interesting homes and clients. From simple to baroque, loft to classic style his design flair is as versatile as his experience. Simon is the lead kitchen designer for clients who purchase a Mod design plan.

Lauren Albright
After earning her degree in Interior Design, Lauren began a career specializing in kitchen and bathroom design. This career path quickly developed into a passion. Lauren started designing cabinetry in a retail setting, and then began specializing her skills through custom design-build work. She has experience working with the novice homeowner to the experienced contractor or designer. Lauren is the Staff Designer at Mod Cabinetry for clients who purchase a basic kitchen or spaces design plan. Her role is to guide you through the design process, help you understand your cabinetry, and achieve your ideal aesthetic.
Raphael Leonard
With a background in sales and real estate, Raphael manages Mod Cabinetry‘s logistics and shipping, working with production and carriers to move cabinetry from Point A to Point B all over the country. When he’s not in the office, you can find him enjoying the Bay Area’s beaches and hiking trails, searching for treasure at garage sales, or working on his vintage Rambler convertible.
Stephanie Abdina
Stephanie has 10 years of experience in the kitchen remodeling field. She hold a degree in Biochemistry from Simmons College, Boston. Prior to her years in the remodeling field she has was involved in land conservation for the National Forest Service and with the Army Corp of Engineers. Stephanie supports clients through the final stages of their remodeling projects.

Claire Allen
Claire’s background is originally based around information and archival storage within large companies. A change of career led her to kitchens and helping Simon with the day to day administration involved with running a busy showroom. She now creates ballpark estimates for Mod and helps clients navigate their way to being connected to the right Mod person at the start of their design journey.
Isaac Sanders-Bryant
Isaac is a self taught photographer with over 5 years of experience in the field. Starting in freshman year of high school, he joined the yearbook club, staying for all four years working his way to the position of chief editor for the 2019 and 2020 yearbooks. After high School, he worked a number of photography jobs to support his passion for the art form.
