Mod Cabinetry has partnered with RENDR to bring you the easiest way to start your kitchen remodel—without waiting for a site visit.

Using our FREE Measure App, you can quickly scan your kitchen using your iPhone or iPad Pro. It takes just minutes. No tape measure. No guesswork. Just clean, data captured by your phone’s LiDAR powered camera and transferred to Mod Cabinetry.

Once you complete your scan and snap a few photos, we instantly receive your floor plan and measurements—ready for our design team to create your layout and prepare a pricing package.

Technical Requirements

To use the FREE Measure App, you’ll need:

  • Download the FREE RENDR App
  • Device: iPhone 12 Pro / Pro Max or newer, or iPad Pro with LiDAR (confirm your devices compatibility)
  • Operating System: iOS 17.5+ / iPadOS 17.5+
  • LiDAR Sensor: Required for space scanning
  • Internet: Required for uploading and syncing with Mod Cabinetry

How It Works

  1. Mod Cabinetry sends you an invite to capture scan your space
  2. Use the FREE Measure App on your LiDAR powered iPhone/iPad to scan and take photos (Confirm your device’s compatibility). In the Bay Area and not LiDAR compatible? We will come to you!
  3. We receive your scan instantly and begin crafting your layout and price after our kickoff call
  4. You get your design and pricing presentation in record time

Your FREE scan is spot-on for creating a layout and giving you a super-accurate price estimate — no measuring tape needed!

But before we head into production and start building your dream kitchen, we do ask that a professional double-check the measurements on-site. Think of your scan as the “first draft” of your space — amazing for planning, but like any great project, it deserves a final proof before we make it real.
